Baseball WA Announces Big League Naming Rights Sponsor – The Construction Training Fund

Baseball WA is pleased to announce the Construction Training Fund (CTF) as the naming rights sponsor for the 2023/24 Big League season.

With this new sponsorship, Big League players will have the opportunity to learn about career opportunities in the building and construction industry while also chasing their athletic ambitions.

The CTF provides funding to support Western Australia’s building and construction industry to meet the demand for skilled workers and create a safe, sustainable future for all who work in the industry.

For employers, the CTF offers grants that offset the cost of hiring an apprentice. In addition, the CTF promote training by reducing the cost to industry, educating the next generation of workers about the variety of roles and opportunities on offer in the industry, and assisting in the design and development of new training products to meet construction industry needs.

“We are excited about this new sponsorship, which will showcase construction industry career options to our members,” Baseball WA CEO Lachlan Dale said. “With 250 players across 18 teams in Big League, we believe this is a great opportunity for U21 players to consider career possibilities in addition to their baseball career goals. We look forward to introducing our Big League and BWA High Performance athletes to the CTF programs and working together toward a bright future for all.”

The CTF is proud to support Baseball WA and young athletes who want to explore their career options on and off the field.
